One of Edisto’s Best! This is a sneak peek of Sea Change, the owners are converting their side deck to a screened in porch, just in time for Summer 2022. More pictures to come soon!

Sea Change is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, elevated private home that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This home sits on a large corner lot, has a deck with ocean views, and a portion of the yard fenced in so your pup can enjoy the space off-leash. Inside, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the open living room and kitchen. A brand new sunroom is being added, just off the kitchen, which will be complete prior to June 1, 2022. The owners have also purchased brand new kitchen appliances, which are anticipated Summer 2022.

Located just 2 short blocks to the beach, you’re close enough to easily walk, yet situated to enjoy a little more privacy, and a lot more yard.

Sea Change welcomes you to bring a maximum of 1 dog, with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information)

Sea Change is clean and welcoming. All rentals through Edisto’s Best are cleaned and inspected before each new guest. All rentals through Edisto’s Best include linen and departure cleaning.
